These terms apply when you use the Cordoba app. By using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
Using the app
You may use Cordoba for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or try to get around its technical protections.
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of the app.
Your content
The books, documents, images and notes you add are yours and stay on your device. You’re responsible for having the right to use them; Cordoba doesn’t provide, review or check any content. Because your library exists only on your device, keep your own backups — we can’t recover lost data.
Cordoba Premium subscription
- Cordoba Premium removes ads and the free version’s limits, and unlocks premium looks for books, shelves and labels. The free version holds up to 5 shelves and 25 books, with 5 cover colors and cover images on up to 5 books; what you already have is never deleted. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly; the price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, you can cancel any time before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we can’t issue refunds ourselves.
- If the price changes, the App Store or Google Play will let you know in advance under its rules.
Ads
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Some features rely on services from Apple and Google (the App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, Google ML Kit and Google Play services). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version will be published here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Effective date: October 13, 2026.
